Super hectic, stroboscopic light leak effect. Can be used as an overlay to give your videos an interesting look. In the preview video you can see which level setting of your video editing program can have which effect on your videos. It was also created as a loop so that you can repeat it as often as you want. You can of course also use it as an alternative to a stroboscopic effect, for example if you project it over a projector.
