Dark TV static “digital signal” in great 4k resolution which was inspired by screens in science fiction and horror films. Use it classically as a background element if you want to display a defective monitor, for example. But you can also put it as an overlay over your own videos and give them a special (creepy) look. In the preview video you can see which layer settings can have which effects on your video.
