Super glitch effect in a 4k resolution that you can superimpose on your videos to “scan” them. Inspired by broken screen effects and roaring tv monitors. In the preview video you can see which layer settings can have which effects on your clips. The footage was created as a loop so that it is easy for you to adapt it to your desired length.
